It's Here: CRN Hits The iPhone 7 Launch Day In Boston

Even with reports that some models of Apple's iPhone 7 had sold out, the annual tradition of crowds lining up for the new iPhone stayed alive Friday in Boston, at the Bolyston Street Apple Store.

The new iPhone 7 features a faster processor, longer battery life, water resistance, and a new color, jet black.

Apple said jet black versions of the new iPhone had already sold out, however, all models of the iPhone 7 Plus, which features a dual camera setup, had also sold out before Friday.

Controversially, the new iPhone does not include a headphone jack, in a move to push forward wireless audio connections. Judging by the scene in Boston, though, many customers are not dissuaded by the change.
