Broadview Networks Boost Channel Focus With New Channel Leadership, Partner Recruiting Efforts
Cloud-based communications provider Broadview Networks is boosting its channel presence across the U.S. by bringing on new channel managers and actively recruiting new partners.
The Rye Brook, N.Y.-based provider plans on bringing on new partners by expanding its involvement with master agents, keeping its pricing model and agent bonus program competitive, and hiring additional account management executives, Brittany Fuller, Broadview’s national channel director, told CRN.
To that end, Broadview Networks has hired four new channel managers covering Long Beach, Calif., Seattle, Chicago, and the Northeast region.

These brand-new positions have opened up because of Broadview’s recent expansion nationwide, Fuller said. Broadview wants to grow partner relationships by investing in local resources.
"Our agents asked for personal support and focus in each new market and we listened. In order to promote regional and national growth, we are adding Broadview experts in new markets to recruit new subagents, [and to] grow our existing base of partners," she said.
John McDonald, who calls Connecticut home, will be supporting Northeast-based Broadview partners from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania. McDonald is an experienced channel veteran with nearly 20 years of telecom experience. Prior to his new role with Broadview, McDonald served as channel manager for telecommunications service provider Line Systems in the New York metro area.
Jennifer Sansivero-Dutter has more than 20 years of channel experience under her belt, and will be representing Broadview's channel efforts in the greater Chicago area. Sansivero-Dutter most recently served as channel account manager for Signature Technology Group, a Tech Data company.
New hires telecom veteran Aaron Conant in Seattle and Ray Ferrer in Long Beach, Calif. will support West Coast-based Broadview partners.
Conant has spent more than 15 years in the telecommunications space and most recently served as regional channel manager for Vonage Business. Ferrer also is no stranger to telecom, and previously worked for Time Warner Cable as its regional channel manager, among other roles within the cable provider's Business Class division.
Broadview Networks offers premises-based and hosted VoIP services, as well as managed and professional services that are available through channel partners.
Broadview in 2016 made its OfficeSuite Readiness VoIP testing tool available to partners to help agents diagnose underlying networking issues that could impact VoIP installations. The provider will continue to invest in its tools to help the channel community better support their end customers, Fuller said.
