DXC Boosts Salesforce Muscle With Aussie Buy

DXC Technology deepened its Salesforce capabilities with the acquisition of an Australian Platinum Salesforce partner, the company announced Tuesday.

System Partners, which has offices in Sydney, Melbourne and New Zealand, builds on DXC’s digital transformation strategy and cloud-first focus, the company said in a statement.

DXC said the expanded reach of the two companies will allow for cross-sell opportunities across the customer bases of both System Partners and DXC, arising from complementary portfolios and expanded service catalogs.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

DXC is not alone in pursuing boutique firms to bolster their Salesforce capabilities. Just last week, Infosys announced a deal for a company in Finland to do just that.

Founded in 2008, System Partners also comes to the table with more than 100 Australia-based Salesforce certified experts, which will also offer Tysons Corner, Va.-based IT services company DXC a fuller portfolio across the market-leading SaaS platform.

“Having a deep Salesforce capability is strategically important for DXC in Australia and New Zealand to support our existing customers and increase our relevance in the cloud environment,” said Seelan Nayagam, managing director, DXC Technology in Australia & New Zealand in a statement. “With more organizations using Salesforce and considering CRM replacements, System Partners can lift DXC’s Salesforce capability in the region, as well as accelerate the growth of our Salesforce practice globally.”

System Partners said it delivers Salesforce consulting to enterprise businesses covering advisory, strategy mapping, end-to-end implementation services, tailored managed services and governance. The services are provided through a process, which links business strategy, process, innovation and technology delivery to enhance client performance, the company said.

“Today’s announcement is the start of another exciting chapter for System Partners,” said Scott Bozic, System Partners CEO in a statement. “Joining the DXC family will provide us with strategic support and enhanced capabilities that will benefit our team, our partners and our clients. We look forward to leveraging DXC’s deep industry capabilities and helping our clients with their business and digital transformation, in addition to the Salesforce expertise for which we are known and respected.”

System Partners will provide DXC with expanded capabilities in Salesforce implementations and managed services to its core clients in financial services, government, communications, media, utility and education sectors.
