Faces Of The 2019 Next Gen 250
Here we present 25 companies on CRN’s 2019 Next Gen 250 list, highlighting the solution providers that have developed skills, solutions and services around the leading-edge technologies that are driving the IT industry today.
Living On The (Technology) Edge
You could say there are two kinds of businesses: those that can utilize the latest information technologies for competitive advantage and those that fall behind. Behind many of those successful businesses are solution providers with expertise in the leading-edge technologies providing the guidance the businesses need.
It’s no surprise the most successful solution providers understand there are big opportunities in developing solutions, services and expertise around today’s leading-edge technologies.
Cloud computing, big data analytics, the Internet of Things, software-defined networking, advanced cybersecurity and DevOps/application—these are the technologies at the forefront of today’s IT industry. Because many businesses, especially SMBs, rely heavily on their solution providers to help them make the best use of advanced technologies, solution providers who develop expertise and practices around these products are the most valued by their business customers.
The solution providers on CRN’s annual Next Gen 250 list are selected through research, vendor and analyst interviews, and CRN editorial coverage. Some of the companies on the non-ranked list were founded specifically to work with the new technologies while others have developed next-generation technology skills and services alongside their more traditional IT products and services.
Eighty solution providers on this year’s list, nearly one-third, are new to the Next Gen 250.
The following are snapshot profiles of randomly selected 25 companies on the 2019 Next Gen 250 list.
